Who knows where you'll be from one moment to the next?
It's certainly hard to guess where you'll be when it's time to take your pill every day.
Femcon Fe was specifically made to fit the reality of your busy life.

While Femcon Fe may add some flexibility to how you take your pill, you still have to remember to take your pill on time. Here are some tips:
  • Cell phone alarm - Your cell phone is always within reach, so take advantage. Set the alarm on your cell phone for the time you've designated to take your pill every day. Now you have a portable alarm clock that will remind you to take your pill on time, no matter where you are.
  • Use an online calendar - Online calendars are great since they allow you the flexibility to check and update your schedule from any computer. Some also have features that will either send a text message or email you a reminder about an event. All you have to do is create a recurring daily event at whatever time you take your pill and your online calendar will remind you.
  • Tie it in with a daily habit - There are certain activities that you make time for, no matter how hectic your day is. Maybe it's reading the newspaper or your email first thing in the morning, a mid-day coffee break, or catching your favorite late-night TV show. Try taking your pill then, so that taking it at the same time every day becomes a habit too.
